Our Story
Foodini was born in response to one of today’s most resilient and fastest-growing consumer challenges – food allergies and dietary needs. We all know someone with a food allergy, intolerance, or preference. The vegan co-worker, the celiac cousin, the friend on a KETO diet or the child with a nut allergy.
The Foodini Founders live this challenge themselves every day and decided to come up with a quick, reliable, and comprehensive solution. After all, with today’s technology, it shouldn’t be necessary to research menus for hours, rely on outdated user reviews, or have cumbersome conversations just to find a great venue with the right food.
Our Goal
At Foodini, our goal is to empower individuals with food allergies, intolerances, and dietary preferences to dine safely and confidently, anywhere in the world. By combining expert insights from dietitians with advanced AI technology, we create personalized menus for your dietary needs that make dining out inclusive, stress-free, and enjoyable for everyone. We are on a mission to create transparency and confidence around the ingredients on the world’s menus. With your support, we believe we can make a massive difference, and change the attitude of food service towards our community.
The Founding Team
The 3 of us all have a personal connection to dietary needs and the challenges that arise from it. Dylan has celiac disease, Timo has kids with food allergies and Erica has multiple friends and family members with dietary needs. We live it daily and decided the time to change it is now! Combining our professional experience across consumer & hospitality tech with a team of accredited dietitians and some seriously smart technologists, we have initiated that change but we invite you to join us and create some serious momentum!
